DSC:Fried pork cutlet, baked brussel sprouts, and baked potato wedges. I added some curry powder to the bread crumbs I used for the pork, it turned out so-so. And, I think my brussel sprouts turned out the best tasting (though still more cabbage'y than what I get at restaurants) of all my attempts.
