DSC:Pain perdu (French toast) and ratatouille madame (zucchini and eggplant stew over couscous and poached eggs). Day before Easter-brunch? It was really busy, but tastier than any brunch I've had. The ratatouille was a tomato'y vegetable stew and went well with some bread and some couscous. The French toast had an interesting lavender-like flavor from the honey poured on top.
